"Pastoral Ministry - A Perseverance in Hope" with Irwyn Ince
Pastors in the Chicago area are invited to join us for our next Pastor's Lunch on Thursday, February 12 from 10 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. in Commons Hall at College Church in Wheaton. Join us for a rich time of fellowship, prayer, lunch, and teaching with guest speaker Irwyn Ince.
While serving in pastoral ministry, we often come face to face with brokenness - in our world, in our own lives, and in the congregations we serve. We can remain faithful when we place our confidence in the finished work of Jesus Christ, our great high priest. Join us as TGC Council Member Irwyn Ince encourages us to persevere in the hope of the gospel.
Irwyn Ince (MAR, Reformed Theological Seminary; DMin, Covenant Theological Seminary) serves as the interim lead pastor of Grace Mosaic Church in Washington, DC and adjunct professor of pastoral theology for Reformed Theological Seminary. Ince is also a Council member of The Gospel Coalition. He has contributed to the books Heal Us, Emmanuel and All Are Welcome: Toward a Multi-Everything Church and authored The Beautiful Community: Unity, Diversity, and the Church at Its Best and Hope Ain’t a Hustle: Persevering by Faith in a Wearying World. He and his wife, Kim, have four children.
